Over four months, you will:
- work alongside other senior business leaders to develop the routines needed to embed strategic innovation within your business;
- receive 1-1 coaching on how to apply the Dynamic Capabilities Framework to your business;
- build long-term relationships with similar companies;
- learn from previous cohort members, Dynamic Capabilities practitioners and experts about how they have successfully used the framework and achieved genuine business results;
- develop an actionable plan to bring strategic innovation to your business.

All in-person workshops will be held at the Callaghan Innovation office in Parnell, Auckland. All other sessions are online.
Who
The programme is aimed at senior executives in medium to large companies. The programme fee covers two attendees on the programme, usually the CEO and a second executive such as CTO or Head of Innovation.
How much
This four month executive coaching program is offered at just $2,700/month*
The full program fee is: $13,500 + GST
Co-funding for Callaghan Innovation customers: 20%*
Net price to Callaghan Innovation customers: $10,800 + GST*
This works out to be $2,700/month fixed for 4 months.
